Ok... so its Tuesday. I logged on as Dante (Black Hand) and my rep was normal.

I have not really checked, but I seem to remember any gear that was based on My toons rank still worked. It was only the gear that needed rep points that broke? Someone check? If so maybe just move off the rep points and only work on solid ranks.... I know thats not really a fix and it would require work on the staffs part just just tossing ideas.

During this rep issue, my toons show as being in the proper faction although all the rep values are set to the factionless default values.

Sidenote: Today is Monday (the rep has been okay the last few Mondays at least) and the rep issue is present on my toons.

We get -10k in the faction, so we are hostile to it.

Are you guys retaining at least Rank 1 membership in the factions, or are you mechanically factionless?

I have logged in every day for ~2 weeks, and every day I have no rep. I only check Alex. The rare occurrence (~a month ago?) she does have rep I checked my other toons (they all had issues).

I will be honest to say that with out rep, players have a very hard time playing due to lack of gear not to mention those at level 20+ not being able to run the daily.

Wrong or right, I would strongly suggest that an alternative (player) fix be looked at.

Can an item be made to give rep? If so please look into this.

I understand the staff has and is working hard to fix the problem (thank you) but if left broken (and required) too long it will not matter.

I just updated to Windows 10 and my hard drive went the way of the dodo. I just bought a new one and I am being told my mother board my be bad too... It will be a week before I will be able to log in again and check whether it is still happening with the frequency. Rep has only worked once upon log in in nearly a month.

There's some other things I can do but I will have to take the server offline for an hour or two to repair the tables.

All my characters are still messed up, or perhaps just have a permanent loss of rep.

I checked on Monday and still an issue with Rep for all my toons.
