Portrait Pack.

Is it my imagination or are elven women getting bustier these days. They are pretty stacked in Pathfinder. I always though of them as waif-ish. Enter the era of silicone enhancements.

It's a vague attempt to pull the sub-human races out of the sub-basement of gender confusion.

Classicly you had Elves and Dwarves as both of indeterminable gender - Dwarven females boasting as much facial hair as the males, and a predisposition toward armour that rendered the classical 'count the bumps' approach fairly moot (not to mention the classical rotundness of the dwarves making the bumb counting an uncertain method). Male and female ooozed stout macho gruffness and an aptitude at physical labour.

To offset the 'Race of Masculinity/Tiny Paul Bunyans' of the Dwarves, we had the elves.

Androgynous, waify, lean, and scarily skilled. Whole series of jokes and skits abound on the whole not being able to tell what gender they are. girlish-boys or boyish-girls? As said before, Andrej Pejic would be a good comparison (Voted 2011s 98th sexiest woman by FHM, before they realized he was a man).

DoTC have been making slow changes to stop gender-ambiguity in the races for a long time now. We've got clean-shaven dwarven ladies and lost a lot of the (s)he elves.

Sad really, I always thought it gave them more of a racial identity, rather than just being small/thin or smaller/stout humans.

Keep it up! What kind of software are you using on some of these? Good ol' Photoshop?

Yes i am using Photoshop CS4 for my creations.

Also i would appreciate if people would pick a number and use it so i can adjust the names accordingly before i update the Portrait pack available to the public.

I totally agree with Doubtful.

Androgynous was one of the first descriptors I put in Icharus' description, especially with the guy being half-planetouched, half-elf.. he's like that character from Final Fantasy (Insert random number here) that you can't tell whether is a guy or a girl, but still knows how to use a sword.

Yeah like Zidane... or Cloud. or Squall, or Lightning, Or Tidus.... hell yeah every sword toting character in the whole series really.
