Anyways toss my vote in for Rogue Talent 10+. Fast stealth is really good and shouldn't be reached via dip, but I absolutely support people having it.Aleister Kimaris - Dragonblooded Knight of the Northern Watch

Why not just leave in the bonus feat section, but require 4, or 6, levels in rogue to take it? That could help curb dips, and keep it viable for people investing in stealth based characters.Anton Kevali - Just happy to still be alive, and not to blame...

Leave it for lvl 17, that way a character would need to be epic levels to have HiPS, Large amounts of SA and fast movement while hidden. My'athvin Simaryl - Elven Mhaornathil
Mhaenal Ahmaquissar - Minstrel Knight

I am pretty sure the standard "lolno" answer applied here. Even though it makes me weep. I don't even have to have full speed in stealth. Just a feat, with pre-reqs, that allowed a thief to move faster.River Swift

I don't think their was a definitive no given, in fact from what I remember (though as I've been on various bits of public transport for the last 12 hours my memory may be damaged) the staff were generally in favour of some kind of feat.
The big question remains one of mechanical viability and available work hours.
So less "do they want to do it" and more "Can it be done and do they have the staff skills and time to do it"It is the greatest of all mistakes to do nothing because you can only do a little - Do what you can.

Ah. I was under the impression that the ability existed for rangers? I do know that Rangers get the ability to move full speed while tracking- why would this skill be configured any differently? (Keeping in mind that I do not code, and only have a minimal understanding of how it works- for all I know it's something like "If target X has feat Y, then state Z= full movement.")River Swift

If rogues wanted to be useful, they would play Red Wizards instead.Ramza Xantheus "...for a meager fee, of course."

Rangers get the 10‰ movement increase in outdoor natural areas as defined by a toggle set on the map in the toolset. Giving that to rogues seems to specific as to be pointless.
Of course the most annoying part is that there should be a feat that does this. The Swift and Silent feat is there, but doesn't actually function. The fact that (at least from a quick look round) there is no fix for this on the vault or on other pws suggests that, as with much of stealth, speed is hardcoded.
That said like you I know little of the filthy acts of coding that surround the issue, if someone who does actually know about such computer magic and codestry knows different then hopefully they'll step forward. It is the greatest of all mistakes to do nothing because you can only do a little - Do what you can.

Maybe a toggle like that could work similarly with stealth - however that being said if its a toggle to set speed - that could be exploited for a copious amount of things."Service to a cause greater than yourself is the utmost honor you can achieve."

Camoflauge: At 13th level the Ranger does not suffer a movement penalty for using stealth mode when in outdoor areas.
That's taken from our wiki, and I can verify it works as I have used it with my Nightjaw. So I am assuming you could apply that to rogue, but remove the outdoor aspect of itActive:
Lazklesh: Water-soul, Fury of Auril
Vlad A'dier: Arrow of Akadi, Blackwood Merc
Jobella Nightjaw: Hunteress and blood spiller
Retired:
Anosh Lis'lahoul: The ghoul of Serrano, The Nameless Monk. Accepted his fate, and accepted death at the hands of his master.

Not knowing anything at all about coding. Wouldn't it be possible to use the ranger feat as a template and remove the part that uses outdoor so it works all the time? Or even add the coding for indoors to it so again it works all the time? Just throwing it out there because again I know nothing about the mechanics of coding.Active Characters-
Breeze Thundersong - Needle of Mielikki
Zinsbog Nightjaw
Retired Characters-
Alistair Smith - Anointed of the Broken
