I have a pure melee character, and was thinking about a few minor things that would help such a PC.
Healing belt (In the Magic Item Compendium) Heal 2d8 3/day, or 3d8 2/day, or 4d8 1day: I am sure that a belt that does Cure Mod 3/day would sufice
An item that can maybe cast the various vigors x/day
Something a little greater, an Item that allows for displacement, blur, or any other defensive spell x/day
This would help most classes but since we have had a great increase of melee types, this sorts of items would help.
That is it for my ideas.
Except for my purely biased stance: Only BH should get these! (Joking)

. I can't even afford use the healing spells for myself and have to rely on potions because of the limited duration of those spells. In the end there's many potions available for noncaster classes. Enough that fighter changes made weapon master and defender a very poor decision in character building, because what you won't get for granted feats, you can choose with fighter's bonus feats.
