3. Do you know if the defendant created any protective magics around the "stage" or if he warned those around to stay away from the magics being cast?

4. Are you a mage? How do you know what type of spell he cast and if it was reckless or malicious? How can you know what the defendant's intent was? Did you indeed say that the person "probably walked into something he shouldn't have" in your statement?
A. So, is that reckless?
B. So, is this malicious
C. Or was it merely breaking rules on Exigo property?

*Elric draws himself up and states in a loud and clear voice*

Dagorn walks into the Chambers to watch the proceedings, sitting down in the back corner to keep to himself, He begins to stoke his pipe and smile as they talk of Kem's deeds.

The defendant was preparing a stage, as he admitted. He claimed ta be usin' magic to prepare a stage for the bard fellow--the one who died. And you see, this ain't really up fer dispute 'cause the defendent himself admitted to castin' it, admitted ta killin' the fellow, paid a fine, and that was that.

Yes, I can say with complete certainty that his act was reckless. And it were malicious, given his attitude, and the lip he gave me.

Malicious is when someone does an evil act and revells in it. It doesn't mean you are unmoved by another persons misfortune.

*Elric looks to the Judge*

Nulinus smiles as Elija answers the questions with full confidence, I don't know how Kemnebi could not have done it, he whispers.

* The judge looks to Elric and gives him a friendly warning *

* Elijah stands and makes his way from the courtroom. *

Dagorn Pulls his oak pipe from his mouth, then kicks his feet up as he smile's "this show is getting quite entertaining...*snickers to himself*"

Cadmus remains sitting throughout the questioning of the first witness. Scattered in front of him lay piles of freshly taken notes.

*Elric looks over at Cadmus and smiles then winks. He then grabs a mug that is in front of him and takes a drink of water, wishing it was ale or even better, a fine elven wine*

Cadmus stares back at Elric, a look of disdain in his eyes. Shaking his head at the Bards flippant attitude he return to his notes. Leaning over to Jonas Londew, Cadmus whipers.


"Elric believes this trial to be a grand show, perhaps one of his stories or plays." "The boy has no regard for the life of the man who sacrificed himself to save so many."


"What can be said of times so dark my friend?"
