Quite a while later, as Julia returns to her room in the Hold, she catches sight of the letter. She reads it, and slowly lifts her left hand to press it against her face.

"Guess I'll have to change the postings again," she remarks, and makes her way to her desk, chuckling all the while.

The posters are replaced. A new spell has been added, some errors in scribing have been fixed, and a new location to leave offers has been listed.

A small animated armor meanders down from the Exigo Offices to the Drunken Dragon, drops off a letter and some change with one of Xaayne's employees, briefly greets its larger Thayan cousin, and bustles it's way back up the hill.

The letter in question is adressed simply to "Arvison".

It has been a while, and I notice that you have a number of raw materials listed among your sales notices to which I would have a vested interest. If you had not determined it personally, said materials would primarily be the sundrite and sulfur samples. Additionally, if you've the time, there are other matters we aught to discuss.

Julia eventually comes across the correspondence, and an eyebrow slowly lifts as she reads through it.

As no return address is stated, she simply leaves the reply pinned to Ash's original missive, if he returns to check it out.

While I am happy to discuss the exchange, I regret to inform you that due to a filing error, a number of articles have either been misplaced or destroyed, and the ingots you have requested are among them. It is unlikely that I would be able to re-acquire them, but should I obtain any during the course of my duties, I will make all effort to contact you regarding them.

I am still able to trade the ring as well as the glassteel armament.

Reading the note the old dwarf sighs and mutters something to the tone "Aye, that always be the story" and wonders off.

Julia receives a note written on rough parchment and written in a dark green ink smelling faintly of herbs. The letters themselves are penned quite elegantly.

I would like to trade for the spirit boots, as well as the 'Druid's ring' in your possession. I do not have the stags for both, but I can give you a deposit of one thousand if you would agree to hold them until I have more.
