If it is fund related I apologize for what may have sounded like a negative comment. By saulus' first post I was under the impression that this service was supposed to be an upgrade from the old service (generally better service costs more money), and I figured if users are having issues with the new service we should chime in. If he isn't getting his money's worth from the new service (which I was expecting to be more expensive) than there is no reason to pay extra. That's all, I'm a pretty budget minded person and when I spend money on something, especially expensive things, I expect to get my money's worth or better.

Oh God don't take my comment as whinging, I got the impression Saulus wanted feedback on the new service, just commenting on what I was experiencing.

How is the website as of this posting? The host said they corrected something so I want to know if it seems faster for everyone or not.The very existence of flame-throwers proves that some time, somewhere, someone said to themselves, You know, I want to set those people over there on fire, but I'm just not close enough to get the job done.

Hmm... as of now and I think earlier today, it seems to be running better, I haven't been getting the database errors or anything like that, like I was getting before. Seems fine now, I'll let you know if I notice anything repetitive in the next few days.Akodo

I crashed a few times, and then could not see sundren on the server list for about 5-8 minutes. Magically it appeared and I was able to get back in. This happened twice.Dahdmib Al Faruk: Whirling Ranger

Much, much, better now. The DB errors have seemingly gone and the timeouts are less frequent.

There should be a noticeable difference with the site now, I have seen it myself. Wow... the site was unreachable for me (timing out) for nearly 6 hours....
URL kept timing out, and at times was giving database errors. Just now it was finally reachable again.
Doesn't seem to have been my connection, other sites were fine.
