After some discussion we've decided to implement a new feature that is going to benefit all of our roleplaying playerbase.
Starting today when you are roleplaying and have not been engaged in combat for a brief while, you will begin to notice after every 10 minutes you will receive 30 XP. This is roleplaying experience. If people are idling, afk, etc then you will not receive this automatic handout. It will only function when you are doing what we encourage -- roleplay.
This 30 XP bonus is not adjusted by the experience system at all, it's a static amount that you shall receive regardless if you're level 5 or level 15, etc.
We understand some people can have difficulty with the encounters in Sundren, and after all the server is not about purely combat, it's also about good roleplay. And we know that DMs can't always be around to reward that.
Rest assured quests will be another viable method of getting XP, when they're done.
