Why not have a chest that can be carried in your inventory? after use you could deposit it at the Temple of Waukeen.

In my experience: Room chests are linked only to the person who opens the chest. So the lack of rooms can be mitigated by some one else letting you borrow. Syne and Ares shared a room and chest in this manner, what we could not do was share a key to the room. If Syne was budy/off line Ares had o wait.of find someone else.
The chests are linked to your character.
The legion has 4 safes at an undisclosed location that seem to be persistant (faction) but stealable storage. I have heard the same thing about the Veritas as well. The problem with it is that it is also stealable.
What I would like to see, is a craft bag, some place to put molds, dummys, skining knives, sewing kits..... basically everything craft related that does not fit in a book, that could be droped off in your chest.Comment
