  • Opinion of the effect of the Password

I couldn't find any other topics like this, so, seeing the effects of the password in place so far, do you think it has had a positive effect IG? Or do you think things are just the same?

I haven't had a chance to jump IG since before the password was placed on due to a busy RL, so i was just wondering what you all think so far.

Well we've certainly got fewer people, but since the password system began I've yet to encounter a single person who wasn't willing to RP with me on some level, so I like it a lot.

agreed. i think it was for the best, because this is a RP server, and without any means of filtering, you will get those people who jump from server to server to only cause problems.

It was a little quiet when I was on last night, but as Darkfangs also said, I haven't come across anyone who didn't want to RP with me. And the RP is top notch

Best RP servers are almost always passworded. In NWN1 and NWN2. I totally approve of the move to password the server.

I completely, and totally, 100% agree that this server got much better after the password.

Well, I was on for a short time before the password was implemented - and there were people rushing around.

                            Not so this time.

I have yet to give a real whirl as a player, but from what I've been able to garner while wandering around in my hidden form, it's all well and good.

However, I still sometimes spot the occassional "lone wolf" - Taking on the goblins by him/her self.

But I guess it's not that big of a problem anymore.
