Slanke prefers evil, Mach also has a bit of a tendency to like evil, Taffy prefers evil too... I think most of the DM staff actually belongs to the dark side. It's just that they all have been having their own issues that keep them from hanging out here right now.

Of which only Taffy is still around, and sporadically.

I actually would apply for DM too, I have DMed some on NWN1, and probably qualify in other areas too. But, my FR lore is not up to par and I would not be able to put in the time that players deserve of a DM, as my job and sports take up a good chunk of my time.

I know being a DM is a tough and thankless job at times, but it can also be quite rewarding. I realize this is the way RL goes, and some of us, players, DMs or devs, are going to drop out or go MIA for any number of valid reasons, but we do need some Game Masters. As with PnP, they are needed to keep a PW interesting.

Aside: Thanks Dune, for jumping right back in and providing us with some great entertainment! Thumbs up!

I do miss dming in nwn though I might be lacking in FR knowledge. I do enjoy beholders though....ooh ye evil and bizar things.

also if I did get DM hood would mean an odd time dm would exist. Perhaps if the trend continues I will attempt.

I'll be done with exams in 2 weeks, and after a hectic few months of 'S#!t going wrong and having to catch up on RL' I'm planning to get some DMing in after I'm done. Watch the horizon for 50 foot tall zombie cows... when you hear their chilling cries of "Moobrainz!" you'll know it's me (assuming people remember me still that is). On that note, anyone who hasn't seen the truly fantabulous NZ horror film 'Black Sheep' should check it out; a genetically-engineered-sheepzombie film in the vein of an old school Peter Jackson flick... awesome!
