Scylua Darkhope is the only NPC blackguard of note that I know of. Really, Blackguards vary from deity to deity, much like paladins do. There really isn't any Faerun specific lore on them.
If you'd like I can compile a list of deities and some of the noteworthy aspects of their blackguards, but that would be purely subjective, as there is no written stuff on it - unless it's in champions of ruin, I don't have that book.
