Back to the original question. I always crash when logging in with a new or different character. I have tried a number of the solutions from the post on the NWN2 board but I will still always crash. The second log in with the same character easily logs in.

Just tried this and I get this result as well. I crash after "finish" of a created character then when I log back onto Sundren I go to the intro cutscenes.

I crash every single time I attempt to load the 'LOADING' area without fail. Often, I need another DM to port me out and to someplace else, or else I need to keep trying until it eventually works ? and that can take from ten minutes to upwards of an hour.

I crashed at the end of character creatino last night while making a second character. First time I've ever crashed on the server.

Just rolled up a new PC today and had no problems.

Made new PC lastnight to see, two crashes during the intro.

Okay, we think it's the room size that crashed it. So we changed the room size. There's reports of this issue. It's also less scary when you enter the module.

Please reverify the OOC room crash. We think we licked it.

I created my character and logged in. OOC room seems to be fine. No crashes yet!
