  • Cheesy 2e spells that I miss

    Protection from Magical Weapons: Immunity to damage from anyone wielding a magic weapon i.e. anyone tough.

    Project Image: Memorize 5 times and it pretty much multiplies the number of spells you can cast per day by 5.

    Chain Contingency: Kill anything in one round with a triple Abi-daalzim's.

    Spell Sequencer: Kill almost anything in one round with a triple Flame Arrow.

    Improved Haste: Unlike its lesser cousin doesn't just give you +1 attack, it doubles your attacks (to a max of 10 per round).

    Mislead: Unbreakable invisibility, allowing a Rogue/Mage to sneak attack an unlimited number of times with zero chance of retribution.

    Fire Shield: Comes in two different versions which stack with each other for double damage. No one except Demigods are going to be wanting to hit you.

    Greater Malison: Not really overpowered, but seriously missed in NWN2, with the whole DC system and Spellcraft making it way easier for opponents to make saves.

    Breach.

    (Of course, we have Spell Breach, but it doesn't seem quite the same as the "fuck-you" to most buffs that Breach and other related spells have.)

      Don't forget in 2e you got 5 attacks every two rounds IF you were a bad ass fighter. Of course those additional attacks were at the same attack bonus and you didn't get your second attack until everyone had their first attack as I recall.

        ... Haha no you could have 5 attacks a round if you did twf, AND get up to 4 with a single weapon if you were a bad ass =P
        Also it depends on speed factor and reaction adjustment + 1d10 if you got to attack more than once in the first phase.
