The giants finally got her, rather than her cattle, I suppose.

Frazer Mfg. is a department of Frazer Fabrications, focused on the construction of high-end custom-crafted equipment and gear.
Also part of Frazer Fabrications are:
          Frazer Armories - focused on resale of prefabricated arms and armorments;
Frazer Merchantile - specialising in economic analysis and scaleable logistics; and
Frazer Laboratories - the leading independent R&D for sundrite theory, arcane and mechanical engineering

James Frazer: Anthropological Gearhead, Techsmith, Arcanaphysisist, Renown Proprietor
AKA: Artifax Grade B Exigo Corporation Syndicated Associate VP, Professor, Quartermaster of the Schild Whurest-ExiCorp Joint-Operations Facility, and 'Annoying Mechanist'
          Theme: Stil Alive

Grid vs. Squeegle, not Good vs. Evil

Distances and travel-times for the Sunderian Peninsula:Free Version 1.0

Crafting changes are a dead-horse topic, but feel free to ask me about crafting: If I can't answer it, I bet I can direct you to someone who can.
To those who are interested in making or have crafting-oriented characters, please check out the Fabricator's Collective and how to get FC-certified.

          Unfortunate truths:
Intention: [DM > Crafting > Faction Store > Drop > Regular Store]
Reality: [DM > Faction Store > Drop > Regular Store> Crafting]

The giant quest remained a right of passage. If you were a 15th level or above and wanted to demonstrate your prowess... you took on the giants of Cold Climb.

                Rest in peace...
                Cheers!

And another quest bites the dust. So, out of curiousity, when are new quests going to be added to replace the ones that have been taken out, I.E. all of them. Quests give a reason to go places we might not normally choose to go, because there's an adventure to be had at those places. As it stands, there's nothing for us to do beyond sitting at the fire to RP, which the staff has stated in the past they don't like 15 people sitting at a campfire chatting, or grinding, which has been stated in the past the staff doesn't like us doing more then an hour at a time. So, give us something to do, please. It's great fun when you all are on running events, but that's not very frequent for the entire server. For those that do not see events hardly ever, quests are a thing that helps us get through a player-light wednesday afternoon while waiting for others to hop on.

Sorry for the deviation, that should have been on another thread. As for the legion in aqour, Which is it?

First Incog says that legion can't expect to be dressed as legion and not get hassled, and then we have the aurilites saying long as we pay some sort of minor tribute we'll be fine. In fact, here's actually a good idea for that. Keep the gate locked, and have a guard at the gate with a conversation that lets anyone who pays a tribute (Gold or some kind of minor item or something, I dunno) in, by unlocking the gate for just long enough for whoever paid to get in. That way, the whole tribute thing can be roleplayed even when there are no dm's/aurilite players to enforce it personally.
Tigen Amastacia: Died in events so you didn't have to.

Quintin Ulsteris: Nice-guy Legion engineer, deceased son of House Ulsteris.

Clandriel Cain: AKA "Fire-eyes" AKA "Demon hunter" AKA "OH MY GOD, WHY IS HE STILL STABBING ME!!??"

Or Diplomacy/bluff rolls to get in... the city is still filled with nobles (?)... and they've got silver tongues. Nothing wrong with playing lip service when you need to get home before the Lady of the House realizes you've been fooling around with the Milkmaid!

More skill rolls of all sorts would be nice actually...
Bree - Bookkeeper and diplomat of Exigo.

Becky Dragonhin - Sword of the Loyal Fury, Knight of the Triad... the only Good hin in Sundren???
                    Cybil Gelley (Retired)
Perry Turnipfodder - aspiring talent, happy chronicler.

Takes time to write quests, and the people with the ability to write them are focused on other things, like the classes and feats and spells people keep voting or asking for.
The very existence of flame-throwers proves that some time, somewhere, someone said to themselves, You know, I want to set those people over there on fire, but I'm just not close enough to get the job done.

I've killed almost every enemy in Sundren, and I think giants are the only enemy with an even slight chance of dropping gems?

Ok, I understand that it takes time for members of the staff to write and code new quests. Add that to the fact that they are working on other projects so it seems that the new quests are going to be delayed. So why remove one that was working just fine?
                              Just curious.

I disliked that people just farmed the giants repeatedly. In all the time I've played here I have had 10-15 chars level 15-20 and I've run giants probably 5 times ever. All I've ever heard is that people just log in once per day ((Or more)) to run up the spine and for 5 minutes work could grind out a bunch of Gold and a good chance of gems. Always thought that was pretty weak..
