What factions are actively recruiting?

Hey folks, I'm somewhat new and would like to join a faction. Is there a list of current factions who are actively recruiting?

While I realize that there are NPC quests to join the factions, I'd like to actually meet PC faction members to RP and see if the faction is what I think it is.

I have a PC that has an in character reason for joining Corpse de Grace, but my character has not yet met anyone in this faction, and I don't want to just run around asking everyone I meet whether they are members. I realize that it would be beneficial to go to Sestra, but I rarely see anyone in Sestra. Most of the time people are at the inn. So I'm not even sure Corpse de Grace is active.

Any suggestions for a newb would be appreciated. Thanks.

Cirion is head of the Corp de Grace. Mara is, well I suppose, head of the Red Blades. At least she is the oldest member still active. Both are actively recruiting.

Ack, yeah. Sorry about that. I've been either on alts or other games entirely. I'll try to be on Cirion more often, and have him around Sestra. Though we do have a few other active members as well. Just too bad none of them - not even my character - wears the faction armor or exact colors.

If you want to join a faction of hoarite vigilantes that are not officially supported or scripted then look no further. :P

The Black Hand is recruiting. Or more correctly, serve Bane in life or death, you get to choose. Benefits package includes; secret fortress, undead servants, although health care benefits are few everyone looks ill anyways so why bother, no need to concern yourself about getting along with anyone and smiting infidels.
