Attention Players: Stores and Items

In my opinion, on a low magic server anything that gives Immunities in a non spell form (IE - Persistant like a item buff) is horribly over powered.

A Freedom of Movement belt not overpowered Zob? You forgot one major thing it prevents. It completely nerfs the Assassin classes main ability: Death Attack. And I am sure there are dozens of other abilities it negates aswell.

We kind of are replacing them with items. Our homie M1chael has designed and will be designing Sundren specific items for stores. I just gotta place the first batch he sent me in shops. You never know, might get a belt of agility +4 in, but the price will be balanced with where we think it should be

Speaking of powerful items though, the Thrifty Hides shop in Sundren sells a +3 Chain Shirt for rogues only, with a +6 bonus to Hide and Move Silently (The one called Rogue Links).

Rogue Links might be powerful being +3 (the skill bonuses would be like barely above a +1 item), but also costs something over 80.000 gold. That might be in the price range X thinks it should be, dunno.

Actually, it sells for 24 000 gold or so.

Weird. I only remember seeing one armor I found more powerful than the others around and it cost almost 81000 gold *shrugs* 24000 is a lot lower but still a pretty harsh price. In like a week of playing I think I got maybe 2000 gold or so.

Rogue Links will likely skidaddle.

Freedom of movement also works on bigsby spells I believe, which are a commonly used spell set.

It's overpowered, especially for the price.

And PVP overpoweredness is as bad as pve.
