    I have been part of a few events as well, Eddie.

    Without trying to sound too mean, perhaps it is due to your demanding, if not whiny approach. Consider that there are fellow human beings operating as Dungeon Masters, not robots or service(wo)men, and few people like giving to those who beg and whine, especially in tasteless ways. That said, good luck, and remember that a little bit of class goes a long way.

      Doing our best Eddie, don't despair! Some of us are still becoming accustomed to the client (especially myself).
      The poetry that comes from the squaring off between;
      and the circling is worth it, finding beauty in the dissonance.

        Yep...I've been in several events and "mini-event-things" where it was mainly a DM adding some RP to the action (Gnolls yelling DIIIEEEE!!!! are always cool...just before you chop off another head :P ). You must just have horrible luck with timing, dude.

              And on that note.... closing this thread. Lets try not to get too hostile next time.
              The very existence of flame-throwers proves that some time, somewhere, someone said to themselves, You know, I want to set those people over there on fire, but I'm just not close enough to get the job done.
