Take a day off whenever you need it. Don't let yourself be frustrated by the neverending flow of complaints and such - you won't get many PMs from people who are satisfied and happy with the server and the changes!
If the Staff wants to see Sundren become what they had envisioned - a true rp server - then you will have to see all these changes that you have been implementing through. You will see who likes it here and stay and who doesn't and won't. Great job, GBX and the rest of the staff!

Despite all the anxiety this has caused you, I would like to let you know personally how much all your efforts are appreciated. I thought about it all day to the bank to get my chequing info *wink*. This is the only peristant world that is fully dedicated to it's community and making it a surefire quality roleplaying community. I have mentioned being "burned" for 14k experience in the curve for a couple of posts but I would like to remind you that I have had no anger, angst or bitterness for it. In fact, I enjoy being able to kick back and develop more then one character. I'm having a blast still, as I did before. Best of all, everyone who has accepted the curve for what it is have turned around and gotten even more involved in the community.

And so I thank you and the efforts of all the developers who have and are still making Sundren my number one persistant world to be in. Take 'er easy buddy. If she's easy, take 'er twice

GBX... you certainly deserve at least a day off for all the fabulous work you've been putting in.

Thanks and kudos again for so many things in the PW that directly and indirectly have your fingerprints on them; you have a stressful job as the main coder/programmer/scripter while at the same time handling problems ingame and monitoring players etc... your break is well earned indeed.

As I have said many times, superlative job on Sundren GBX. I hope you take a rest long enough to where it starts getting fun again.

Its hard having to "train" players used to MMOGs and endless combat that there is more to RP than just staying IC while you kill, but I think you are doing a great job. Certainly my RP and creativity factor just gets better and better in large part due to the systems you have implemented.
