It does sound like a BS trap.
I like the way it works with the ones in the spittlefist caves where when you set it off it is spent.
But after 5 mins or so it becomes re-set. Thus restoring the setting. Infinite traps are just pure evil and infinitely more powerful than a single trap should be... due to being infinite.

sorry guys I re-read my post it does sound a bit snarky. Was more jest than anything... I think gur has a valid point on the reset time of a trap and pl has a valid solution.
