I'm all for alignment restrictions on items: they encourage people to play different alignments if only to get cool stuff to use. But personally I feel some of the restrictions on items are a bit too tight. There's a set of "Noble Champion" items sold by the dwarf guy in the Exigo camp, and it's only useable by Neutral Goods. This baffles me. Why can only Neutral Goods be "Noble Champions" ? Why can't CGs be such too? Heck, why can't LN, N, CN be champions? More importantly, why can't LG be Noble Champions? A lot of the stuff on the set boosts Paladin-y skills (like Diplomacy and Concentration), so it seems strange that a Paladin can't actually use it. Peri ain't complaining, it's just weird for me to think that she'll be able to use a set of "Noble Champion" items that even the great Sir Hano cannot.
Secondly, there are the items in the Thayan enclave, which are NE only. I know Thayans are pretty selfish and all, but I've always thought, given their bereaucracy and organization, that Thayans lean more towards the LE side of the spectrum.
I'm not sure of the existence of any other alignment restriction items, so I'm only pointing out these two. It just doesn't really make sense to me. Perhaps making it "Good only" and "Evil only" is enough?
Also, Neutral people need some loving too! And not just druids!
