I thought I'd treat Sundren to a proof of Concept that I'm gonna be handing in to Saulus very soon.
Couple things to note: This has nothing to do with any PRCs, its pure druid stuff. Yes that is a HIN, and there is no guarantee this will ever make it in game, yes the video is off center and has no sound and sucks. Shoot me. It does its job.

Now for a description...

Frim the Hin does a quick two show on his "A thousand faces" feat, then decides He wants to enjoy the day sunning as a Dire Bear. After assuming the form, he realizes he didn't bring enough food for such a big stomache so he shrinks down to a normal bear form. Running around as a horse, he roots in the mud as a pig, he climbs a tree as a panther for a view. Jumping out of the tree he shifts into a bat (off camera), and finally he scurries down to his hobbit hole as a Hare.

Thats very cool. If half of that makes it in, it would be great.

One thing that your video showed, though, was how annoying it is to shift into a weak form, since equipment doesn't actually meld into you and you suffer encumbrance because of it. Is there any chance that you could make it so either you keep your strength stat when shifting into the weaker forms (including normal badgers!), or any forms you shift into get the abilities your equipment provides (if you have to be encumbered by it, it may as well help you)?

I haven't decided on these things yet. Proof of concept is a showing it can be done, not a balance modification. That comes later.
