Hi all
I'm a casual player here and have managed to get my char to level nine. one thing I really liked about the death system here was that if I got my guy in over his head and i died I could take a resonable hit to xp and gold and come back again to play.
Not any more it seems. With the current system I'm stuck in limbo till some one gets me back to a temple or a cleric raises me. Under the current conditions will not be soon.
I play clerics for there ability to channel Godly power to bring back the dead ( that and I feel the class over all really kicks butt).
I really think that instead of the current system of this endless waiting. Give the player OnDeath a 5% chance or receving a death token, upon the tenth death token the char would go perma-death.
This would reward so to speak those that play their chars carefully and hurt the ones that played with out concern for death.
anyway I'll check back in a few weeks to see if i will ever be able to get to play me dwarf clerc here in again.
