One thing I noticed about the Sharahan hills spawns is that they don't get more difficult (at least for a soloer) until they stop giving XP, its the same three goblins it was spawning at level 3 which are still spawning at level 7. And when the higher level encounters are spawning, none of the goblins are higher level to give XP. But again, that is from a soloing perspective, and I don't think I ever got groups to spawn the larger encounters while we were all getting XP.

And I have no idea how to find these sewers either (I stopped exploring the city after I found some killer electric trap in a building.).

This wasn?t an assumption it was a suggestion and an offer, that?s why it was in the suggestion area,(although I don?t think you have an assumption area). If it was an assumption It probably would have sounded more like ?I?ve noticed you needed more lower level area?s and I have started working on one, I just need to know where to send it, and would you send me a copy of the Sharnan hill?s so I can fix the spawn?s.?
Second I?ve been working with the tool set since NWN1 first came out. If I wonted to make thing?s and share my work I would just submit it to the NWN Vault.
And I guess that you have no interest in help or you would have done something like send me a PM like Rhfox did or make a post suggesting that I send you a builder?s application, so I wont bother sending you an application.

Alot of people simply dont seem to know about the Muckspear village as the next place to go after the Sheridan Hills. Don't know why. I guess everyone gets hung up on that Gnoll Fort.

The server is ment for parties. I really don't know any non-power builds that can solo any area that grants more than 4xp per monster. Get a good party of 4-5, then you do very well.

Agreed that the spawns don't seem to change thier make up until well after they are all granting 0xp.

        Side Note:
I always thought it was commical that the Spittlefist boss seems to have Perma Haste (like 4 attacks per round) and that Questionmark shield.

I have been grouping up in parties of 4-5 people. We seem to be doing farely well. The Muckspear village would be a good place to start for a group of 3-5 4th level characters that do not want to mess with the Spittlefist goblins anymore. Just be carefull and go slow.

I have only been on this PW for a week. I love the RP aspect and the slow level advancement. I was on for about 5 hours today and was only earning RP experience, but was still having a good time.

          Side note:
That Spittlefist Chief has 2 short swords and the big ? shield.

xD following em is fine, its just that sometimes new ones spawn on top of you WHILE you're following the dead ones, screwing you up quite a lot.

I really think at least some of the spawn triggers in the hills should be moved further away from the spawn points.

EDIT: And I think what Saulus is trying to say, Trax, was not to get your hopes up on the area being added, as opposed to criticising you for assuming that your area will be automatically added (which I gather you are not).
Anyway, might as well make the area and send it to them, if it's good then woot, if it's not, I'll never see it

I'll refrain from comment on certain aspects of this.

However, speaking from experience, I've never really had a problem finding a party when I was a low level, there are many people that have a desire to go out and adventure. Sometimes the best place to find a party is not in the zone but at places like the Exigo Trading post campfire. I see parties of all level ranges, going to all destinations, form up and leave from there all the time. Then, my timezone might be different from the main poster's so maybe there's more players on when I'm on.

I oddly spent very little time in the hills and instead, made some friends (or shall I say, people that tolerated my character) and went to the Viridale.

I also upped the level gap on experience a long time ago. I had someone complaining the goblins were too hard before too, I told them "It's meant for parties." He got in a party with two rangers and himself, and mopped the floor with the goblins, the mossclaw, the ogres... etc etc.

Not to mention to encourage partying we even give a 30% experience bonus if you have three or more people grouped with you (And in the battle obviously).

The server was never meant to be a place where everyone grinds all day. We're not looking to make an MMO replacer for people. Can't afford WoW? Come play Sundren! This is meant to be a community, RP, stories, plots, people, so when people come in, solo half the server up to 20, do you think they fit within what we're trying to do?

Honestly, the low exp gains is because people can't limit themselves. Trust me, Saulus and I would rather people get alot of experience a kill and limit themselves on their grinding. However, when we opened Sundren, and people were doing that, we have people levelling like crazy on the first day. Day 1, that's when we said "Crap, people are out of control!" This max level, hard grind, etc, keeps people progressing slowly.

And lets face it, Slow Progression = Greater Chance you will RP and get to know people.
