Vault Wipe

I think you all have good points, but as has been said, a vault wipe won't solve the problem. There has to be a variety of levels around, or else it will brcome like sundren is a newfound continent once again, and correct me if I'm wrong, but sundren isn't exotic and undiscovered anymore?
I'd like it to stay the same way as it is, and encourage all the high leveled players to dare taking on some RPing with the freshly created lvl 3 ones

Lallendos, I'm just trying to say in my own way that we respect that you have alot to do and I hope noone here is flaming anyone about thigns like "Why aren't you responding to my request" or "why don't I get the help I require?".
We all do this on our spare time, for you guys, and of course for ourselves, since we all want to have a stable server, a nice community and great people amongst us so when we're done (which we're never gonna be :P) then we can all sit down by the fire and have a nice lag/bugg/exploit/crash-free server with great people to RP and go on adventures with

Don't forget that we are in the middle of summer hollydays. It is just normal that people spend less time playing at video games. When I played on MMORPG, I remember that many guilds of my server had to make alliance to keep alive at summer time and other disbands just because most of their members went on hollydays.

Myself, I don't think that a vault wipe is necessary.
And for you drow, as soon as I have my new character submitted, I will join you .

People will return to the server, especially after I finish all the tasks assigned to me by Saul to the Aulus.

My todo list is something like:

1) Little annoying fixes (Like DMFI wasn't working)
2) Quest system
3) Crafting
4) Buff the plugin to allow character deletes and templates from in game

etc etc

More things to do will bring more players. That's why it's important to get on and interact with people ^_^ MOre people interacting brings more people to interact with. Nothing like the people who login "Oh, 2 people on, I'm gonna logout" then someone else right after them does the same thing and so on, when if all of them stayed 15 minutes, there'd be 20 on. We had 13 people on at one point last night.

I mean, it's only been back open a week, not to mention a good amount of people quit playing NWN2. I know when 1.07 comes out more players will return, and like mentioned above, there's those on vacation.

Something I noticed:
Sundren is no more rated at the vault since what happened on june. One should check there and post updated links/PWC.

Yes it is, just click on the persistent worlds on the link. For some reason its showing all these other servers ive never heard of, but if you click on the big thing that says persistant world it'll give you the correct link. I checked it a few days ago.

Sorry to bring up an old thread, but I missed it all.
Well I reckon we're still in beta. Now I have a new character, so reckon I'm back to square one.
I'd just be keen to know: When will the wipes stop? What's the point of having a character if we're never going to see them grow...for keeps.
I personally can only concentrate on character. (level party restrictions are bonkers anyways, anyperson, new or old should be able to play together)

Well, as much as we don't like doing wipes we decided it would help the instability of the server and correct large inconsistences with the wealth and items of players.

We have also implemented a new experience system which allows people to level at a bit faster pace than our old formula. Partying will also offer benefits in terms of XP gains.

It's beta. Bring them on when you need it.

As I said, I just get hooked on one character (missed the 'one' in my previous post) and love to play it through. It'll just be good to know when I can finally have one that isn't constantly being 'reduced' to nothing, is all.
