Edit: For the sake of convenience, I agree with DM Inquisition.

The changes that were made during the pathfinder phase of the server were great for anyone who routinely plays those classes. Nevertheless, these changes - at the time - were explained as reasonable class edits to balance the server. IMO, the staff accomplished what they set out to do.

Re-balancing the server - to include gear, feats, etc. - is best done by the staff within context of the larger picture. I did not mean to derail Nezzerscapes' noble efforts in bringing forth suggestions. Perhaps the staff could let us know what about the server they hope to change...then we can provide suggestions within the context of their intent.

        Cheers!

I didn't ask for suggestions. We have a pretty clear vision of what we want to accomplish, but we'll always keep an open ear toward new ideas from the people doing the playing.

This gets my superlative seal of approval . Factions stores in their current incarnation make dropped loot as well as self-crafted gear look pretty impotent.

Yes, I realise my RP writing sucks. Just be thankful I keep it short

As a possibly returning player, I can say that my once-well-equipped level 20 Thayan dude is now woefully ill-equipped if I go by the faction store as a guide. I have to assume that the cash flow has improved greatly since my departure as some of the costs of the gear are what used to be unreachable (I say unreachable due to playing for several years on only about 3 characters without ever coming close to that kind of cash :P ).

I don't know if this means things are all out of "balance"...haven't played enough to know that in any way, shape, or form. Just pointing out that a returning player can notice the changes that could have happened over a drawn out period better than someone who has seen the smaller, incremental changes as they took place. It's like easing yourself into cold water versus jumping in head first

Ya stores have been pretty crazy but they fixed some of the prices in some factions but other factions wern't updated because of update issues. Blackwood had their gloves prices dropped to nice numbers, I paid around 145,000 for my blue gloves and they got reduced to around 50k, and the red being moved from 200k to 80-90k. (I still havn't bought red after a year of having the rank because I already dropped 140 for the blue) So I think thats pretty cool for changes.

Whurest had pretty amazing changes also, some of the reps are all over the place for the green gear but im sure those can be easily fixed if it wasn't meant to be that way. Legion gear is very diverse and costs remain at around 100k-150k average for the end tier gear which if you make it that far you should have that kind of money.

Lotus told us that there some cool changes coming for Thay gear that didn't make it in the update so im excited to see what they are. Knight and monk gear have been really sweet and the ring/neck off pieces were great for utility so im anxious to see what else they add to the store.
