Don't forget to include the differences pointed out in the OP, which were shield duration (30 sec/level), Mage Armor duration (1 min/level), and Magic Vestment (1 min/level), if I recall.
Dispel Magic does have a dispel cap of +10 from caster levels, but Greater Dispel has cap of +20 instead of the +15 in NWN2. I am aware this is different for Pathfinder, but figured I might point it out; however, spells not becoming useless at hard-levels would probably be a good thing though.
Stoneskin should be like Greater Stoneskin at a lower level (since there is no greater stoneskin) with 150 points of DR 10/adamantine - instead of 100 points or DR 20/adamantine, but I think that was split up by obsidian for balance. It also costs ten times as much to cast in P&P. This did not change in Pathfinder.
Greater Magic Weapon functions as intended. Real magic weapons in NWN2 lack the ability to defeat material DR unless made of that material.

It would be appreciated to know if we are using D&D3.5 or Pathfinder for the comparison, or should we just list the changes for both?
I'm guessing that Iron-Body isn't about to get an alteration to it's P&P counterpart, which grants DR 50/+3. Effective immunity to mundane, +1,and +2 weapons; paper against anything higher. Current Iron-Body grants DR15/adamantine.

Oops, yeah when I say Pnp I'm referring to Pathfinder! a) because it's been stated in the past that that is the preferred system here and b) the spells are (usually) a lot more balanced and logical!
Shield and Mage armour have already been fixed to their proper durations for quite some time I believe. I don't use mage armour anymore but shield and improved mage armour at the very least have both been fixed. Magic vestment I'm not sure about, you'd have to ask a Cleric.
Dispel: Basing this off Pathfinder.
GMW: In Pathfinder +3 weapons bypass cold iron/silver, +4 bypass adamantine and +5 bypass good/evil DR. Which gets rid of most of the silliness that existed in 3.5 and makes magic weapons more powerful than mundane cold iron/adamantine ones again.
Stoneskin: I'd be fine with getting rid of Greater Stoneskin, but if you get rid of Premonition too its gonna make Wizards a little fragile. To be honest I'd rather get rid of Premonition since it's silly. Precognition giving you DR
Iron Body: In Pathfinder it's 15/adamantine, and everything else seems to match up so I haven't even written it in the list ><
I'd love to write in "Spells which don't exist in Pathfinder --> Delete spell" but I'm sure there would be an uproar so I won't.UTC+8

Yep, true. Though you can easily find out which are FR-specific and which are fabricated especially for the game.
Re:Rekov, on cone-shaped spells. It would be nice if they gave a drop-down menu allowing us to cast them as a burst instead of a cone if we wanted. That would should keep purists and realists both happy and see those spells (Cone of Cold, Burst of Wrath etc) get some actual use.
Re:Kusco, Earthquake is much weaker in Pnp! If you are underground it does a flat 8d6 damage (Reflex DC 15 half), if you are on the surface you fall over (Reflex DC 15 to avoid) and have a 25% chance to fall in a crack and die of suffocation (Reflex DC 20 to avoid).
Crumble works almost exactly as described, with the exception that in PnP it is not sonic damage (so can't be blocked by resistances) and it also affects items e.g Doors.
EDIT: Crumble is actually 3 spell levels lower in Pnp, making it a ton more worthwhile to memorise.
Bombardment is far more powerful in Pnp, with a max. damage of 20d8 and buries/suffocates enemies on a failed save, so I'll be sure to write that one in.Last edited by thaelis; 01-20-2015, 09:39 PM.UTC+8

Added Shapechange. Geez, no wonder it's so ridiculously powerful in NWN. Some forms grant +20 dodge bonus to AC! That means it stacks with absolutely everything, including all buffs.
Added Bigby's Clenched Fist, Evard's Black Tentacles, Isaac's lesser Missile Storm & Isaac's greater missile storm (closest approximations I could find since they don't exist in PnP)
Changed Inferno to a different version. There are two versions of the spell in PnP. One is well balanced and one is ridiculously weak.
Noted that Cloudkill should be Conjuration not Necromancy.
Removed Avasculate & Healing Sting, I was reading wrong version of the spell. *sigh* I think I better go through and check all the spells again. I'm using sources in order of preference Pathfinder->3.5e->3.0e. Maybe I should make an extra column.
Updated a few of the spells where I had erroneously used the 3.0 version: Elminster's effulgent epuration, Quillfire, Orb of sound
