Nondetection is a third level spell that makes a character immune to Detect Good/Evil/Undead and to Locate Creature. It has no mechanical benefits whatsoever and can not help a player kill things better like a Heroism or Mage Armor does.
While the PnP duration is one hour per level, normal conversation that would take one or two hours tops in game end up taking many hours in real life. I've often had to have my spellcasters bow out of conversations early to recast his Death Wards and Energy Immunities and such, spells with durations close to our exceeding 24 hours. It's even worse during DM events that can span hours and one can never rest. The hour per level duration doesn't work for this spell on a PW where there are two separate time flows.
If a PC is intelligent enough to use Nondetection on a regular basis they shouldn't be punished by having it suddenly drop while roleplaying.
Nondetection should have its duration significantly increased, maybe 10 hours per level. While that is a huge amount of time, I think it necessary.

- The spell will still be dispelled on rest.
- The spell can still be dispelled by offensive abjurations.
- The spell provides a RP benefit that confers absolutely no mechanical advantages whatsoever.
- In game time and out of game time run at two completely different rates, making the current duration inadequate.
