Though we are already tasked heavily and spread thin, prepare the remaining divisions to be deployed throughout the nation.

Recall that the Talonans are believed to have been responsible for the disease that spread through Sundren City several months ago. They are also believed to be in possession of Genum's Cube, and the prisoner has divulged that Xithis, their leader, has learned how to utilize the cube and its energy. Perhaps he has even learned to benefit from the avatar it contains in some way. What we do know beyond a shadow of a doubt -- * he stops, and frowns at his choice of words * -- is that the Talonans are very dangerous.
But, I have some good news. The Evocati Regalis has been able to spare six of the Evocati. Two will accompany each of your divisions into the field for the duration of this threat. * The look of surprise in the eyes of the Principales, and the presence of the Evocati, reveals the seriousness of this threat *
In addition, the treasury is willing to finance 1,000 gold per mercenary you are able to find. Any able man or woman who is involved with any skirmish is entitled to that sum of coin. Spread the word to all adventurers and mercenaries that we need their aid.
