Baragorn's first concern would be to help clear the Trade district of the bodies. Saving those who could be, and those that could not, he'd begin with helping bringing them to the Temple of Helm, and then sending missive to Sestra, to their Temple of Kelemvor, requesting that a priest be sent for the Last Rites.
It'd be during this time that he'd be sure to speak to the people who watched the gruesome work being done. Taking his time to speak to them patiently, and softly. Doing what he thought necessary, so the people did not lose hope.
"It is in such times that we must turn to the gods and ask for help. Prayer is not a meaningless thing. The more of our prayers we lift up, in both hope and supplication, the greater our voices will be heard. The more faith we give to those we follow, the further our trust is proven, and exalted."
When asked if he was a priest, which almost always seemed inevitable when he spoke on such things, he would smile warmly to them, with a small shake of his head.
"I am just a servant of the True, a follower of the Triad, like you."
He would state this, even if the person had not professed their direct trust in those gods.
"Tyr will see that those who have done this will come to justice. Ilmater will see that those who have suffered will come to comfort. And Torm will see that there are those who will defend the people. It is with such faith that you will endure. That Sundren will endure. That the people will endure."
That gentle smile once again touches his face.
"Because the people are what matter."
