Yeah, that was pretty cool. I was just looking through it, and seems as it was not a kit, was an actual class (well, you could start up as one..could be human, dwarf (?!?) or halfling. Mostly it is like cross between a thief and an assassin, even had a few spells in the mix.
I forget where I found em, but my file is dated April 2002, so has been a while.

Looking at the handbook for em, they are pretty much like a mage or Sorc with abilities and weaknesses, in a way they have more weakness and need to concentrate more, though their abilities are pretty much instant (with but a thought) where Sorc & Wiz's need to actually cast. They could balance it out if they really tried, it is just too much work for them or they make up new classes for some reason. Harper Agent? Neverwinter Nine? Even though they are prestiege classes, would think Psionic would be more of an appeal then those two.
