As for the goat ass I cannot attest, but given its deliciousness vegemite was almost certainly granted to Aussies by some lesser deity (I'm assuming greater deities have better things to do than hand out foodstuffs).

The thing I noticed about Perth is that it simply doesn't change. It's sunny, and in the summer it's on fire.
