The guys making the video are selfish and egoistic, absolutely not caring about others. Why not stick into somebody and let him fall down the see, this is so funny, especially if you don't know the guy and don't know if he can swim? Why to care, it's such a fun. Just a question, if that would be you, would you climb up the pier and start to laugh, right? And what about the fun with the repairmen and the ladder? What if he'd just fall down the balcony, that would be much more funny, yee. And other's people property? Why care, because you don't care too, of course not, you have sense of humour? Next time they could, instead of just slapping some poeple on the street, find some poor guy and beat him to death, that would be "hilarious" candid camera.

I would bet, that if somebody would be so hilarious towards them (or towards you ), like they are towards the anonymous people they attack, they would be the first to cry.

By the way you could try to be funny too, just walk down the street and slap some guy you even don't know and then .. hihihi .. run away, sooo funny. Clever joke.

To upset others on purpose just for your own fun is very, very poor.

Lot of that stuff was pretty funny, certain things I wouldn't screw with, like pushing people into water, cutting flowers for sale (unless he compensated the shopkeeper), keeping a guy from boarding a trolley. It screws with safety or livelihood, that's no good.

Still, hard to fault a guy who uses the Ghostbusters theme for his vid. That's class.

Morals and assumptions aside, I still thought it was funny.

Yeah, I feel the same. I wouldn't do it myself or condone it but when it's already up on youtube there's nothing left to do but enjoy it.
