Wow... that's amazing your insurance didn't cover floods... I never had a flood that bad, but the one I did have in my previous residence I had anything that was damaged replaced.
A hard lesson but... flood insurance is something you want to have...The very existence of flame-throwers proves that some time, somewhere, someone said to themselves, You know, I want to set those people over there on fire, but I'm just not close enough to get the job done.

Yeah, we found out that at least around here there isnt a company that offers flood insurance for people who rent... Well I got a new comp picked out for a sweet price, so maybe a month or two till I am back in swing.
