Equinox: Can't help ya with the other expenses or jet-lag, but you wouldn't need a rental car. We get in on Thursday afternoon and don't see our car until we get ready to leave Monday. The hotel group has a food court and there is a shuttle from the airport to the hotel.
Well, this year is deffo a no-go, as I'm already booked for something else.
