For the detailed informations:
- the favoured soul is a divine spell caster (like the cleric) wich casts his spells like a spontan?ously like a sorcerer. He does not have any divine domain but he gains special weapon feats depending on the god he choose. For exemple, a man, favoured by Kelemvor, will gain bastard sword proficiency, weapon focus: bastard sowrd and so on...
- The spirit shaman is a druid like divine spellcaster that casts his spells like a sorcerer. He does not have the wild shapes nor the feats of a druid but he has powers to deals with spirits (a new dimension that will be added by MOTB)
-The invisible blade is a fighter/rogue specialised in daggers, kukris and throwing daggers. He has the attack base of a fighter and special abilities like sneak attacks and bleeding strikes (only if he wields a dagger).
- The stormlord is a divine spellcaster with powers related to storms (obviously). This class should be used by talosians but MOTB will make it available for any gods. The stormlords gets special abilities when he uses throwing weapons (daggers, darts, shurikens, axes) like an arcane archer with a bow.
- The arcane scholar is a pure arcane caster class of 5 levels. the prerequises are huge (lots of alchemy, lore, concentration, spellcraft, feats ands arcane spell level) but it gives access to special feats that reduce by 1 or 2 the level cost of metamagic feats (you can cast an empowered spells for 1 spell level higher instead of 2).
- The sacred fist is a monk with divine spellcasting abilities.
- The red wizard of Thay is an evil very specialised wizard (2 schools forbidden) who gains special feats that empowers his remaining spells (no circle magic though).
The level cap will be moved to 30.
There will be no epic progression for prestige classes but your character will have one bonus epic feat every 2 levels beginning from 21.
Officially annonced epic spells are:
- Hellball (huge mass destruction spell)
- damnation (save or desintegrate)
- mass fowl (transforms everyone to chickens)
- vampiric feast (drains life in an area of effect to heal the caster. Fallen ennemies may return as shadows)
- epic gate (summons 2 balors)
