Gods... I can only choose one?
Lost dwarven complex sounds great. Underdark I'm fairly meh about. It sounds great in theory but I seriously doubt you could get it feeling alien enough.
Winter and dwarven complex would be an interesting mix. The mountains would be where both the dwarven complex would be situated and where a winter environment would be easiest to place. Maybe something akin to Undermountain. That could be kind of interesting, if lethal.
Something I would LOVE to see would be Illefarn ruins. There are hints of it in Sundren already, just enough to tease us with the idea that there is more. Maybe something along the lines of Myth Drannor. An ancient elven city, lost deep in the spine of the world where gross nastiness has been kept bottled up. Hence why it was never recorded as an Illefarn outpost. The elves didn't want anyone finding it and releasing the nastiness. Only hundreds of years later Sundren got parked on its doorstep. Cue Adventurers
