Servervault Pruning

Just a heads up to everyone, I have pruned the servervault on Sundren and removed any accounts that have been inactive for 6 months.

If you are a returning player and would like your character back, I will be keeping backups for 30 days as of this posting.

As long as you have played at least one character in the past 6 months, your account will not be deleted and this will not affect you.

Will this be reflected in the on-site server statistics as well?

Also, as a suggestion, it might be a good idea to send a PM/e-mail notice to all forum members so to notify them of this. I remember old faces like Myrddin, Sigrun and Tamryn whom might care to not lose thier characters even after a prolonged hiatus. The notice would allow them to take advantage of your offer. ( might motivate them into giving them another go too )

No, this will not be reflected on statistics as they are two independent systems, I may eventually do some housecleaning on the database end.

As for the mass PM, this couldn't hurt, I agree... I will look at sending something out.

Just a heads up on your mass PM Saulus, I highly recommend you add a "Do not reply" Tag to the topic, as you will mostlikely be barraged with PM's by some confused players.
