Been getting some messages that the 15+ quest is soloable. Just to stem of the PMs, I know, and last night I went back and updated it.

It's mechanicly soloable, still, though even Marrs with his HIPS won't want to chance it now. Not when he sees the deadliness of what was added to the encounter, and the changes made to the boss.

I can't say anything one way or another about these quests, but HIPS remains insanely powerful, and probably shouldn't ever be used as a yardstick for difficulty.

Oh I'm not measuring by HIPS by itself, I know how to judge the balance. I learned a lot last night when Hano and I were there OOC and I let him buff me up (which would never happen IC) and you can ask him, I didn't even need him there, I tore thru the spawn in a flash. He helped, but it was a lopsided battle and I saw that right away.

SO I went back and added some specialists to the spawn and a pet too. You'll see next time we update. It will go from moderately hard to "oh gods I hope they don't hit me" hard.
