NWN2 Patch - To Upgrade or Not to Upgrade?

Hi,
I guess I need some help - my patch does not want to do the job - error message says that there was incorrect version of file lod-merged_X1.zip and it got aborted.
The worst thing is that normally I don't have much time to play ... today I do ... and it's not working Aaaarghh!
