- Max level is now 15 from 20. Players over level 15 at login will be bumped down to 15. Then they will be able to gain experience from DMs and other means in order to get past level 15. If you get enough experience in this way, yes you can reach level 30.

- Ranger outpost is now safe to enter.

- DM's can now rename items and NPCs with a much better methodology.

Yeah, I'm not even sure how that's possible. Remember, NO exp ticker once you hit level 15. At the moment, DM rewards are the only way to get exp at this cap.

Let's just say I managed to get 1000 exp a week from DM rewards (which is generous). That means 16 weeks (4 months) just to get from 15 to 16.

I can't even level past 10 yet, so I'm good 15 is a pretty good stopping point for a general overall max I'd say.
