New Form for Moderated races/classes

To easier faciliate approving or disapproving applications for moderated races and/or classes I have created this form. You will find links to this forum in the FAQ and the Restricted Races sticky, if anyone thinks it should be somewhere else PM me.

I've been told that there isn't much chance for acceptance of her class/race combo (assimar/favored soul) do to it's popularity but I'd be willing to play her as a human favored soul or assimar cleric as well if either of those would be more acceptable..thanks for your time.
