Updates and Bugfixes 9/12 & 9/14

Updates/Bugfixes 9/12:
- Update to a number of loot tables, removed useless item tables
- Update to world map
- Fixed hostile NPCs
- Fix for domain feats not allowing targeting


9/14:
- Updated Elren Damasi, Forgeson of Kossuth, Erdu, Foulbreath, and Braxis stores.

*These stores are now split into two options due to number of items total, molds re-added, masterwork re-added
*Additionally there were some minor changes to other items offered and a number of items costs were updated -more of that to come
