Pushed a couple small fixes to live:
- Fixed the script for respawns so Aurilites actually spawn in the Valley until level 10.
- Added a check on resting for Cold Domain power. I noticed once that my cold resistance had disappeared, so added the check on resting to make sure clerics are correctly getting the bonus from this passive feat.
