Minor updates:
- Fighter's Armor Training line now correctly caps per the feat description (+1 at level 3, and +1 every 4 levels after to a max of +4 at level 15)
- Spell - Call Nightmare has been overhauled. This spell now scales up to level 20 with increased HD.
- Several balance and sound set/portrait updates to the various Summon Monster blueprints.
