Area Updates

- Changes/Tweaks made to the Argyle zone areas
- Various bugfixes for classes/stores (See bug tracker for details)
- Missile stack size increased
- Polearm range increased

Ranger Changes
Improved Evasion at level 16
Full HiPS at level 17 (Ranger HiPS now works in both indoor/outdoor environments)
Changes to Improved Favored Enemy and Favored Power Attack: Rangers now only need to take these feats once and they will apply to all of their chosen favored enemies.

Swashbuckler Changes
Now has high Fortitude and Reflex saves
Shield Proficiency
Dodge at 4th Level
Evasion at 10th level
Bonus feats at levels 6, 11, and 16
Added Class Skills:
*Knowledge: Dungeoneering
*Search
*Spot
*Use Magic Device
Swashbuckler Dodge: Instead of increasing by 1 against a single opponent every 5 levels, it now awards a flat Dodge bonus to AC equal to (SwashbucklerLevel / 4).

EDIT: And I'm stacking arrow at 200/inventory slot! Nicely done!

Oh, yeah, forgot I changed the stack sizes on missile weapons.

I can't communicate ingame. It just gives me a bunch of squares for unrecognized language characters.

Edit: I now get a teal bar above and just below the chat window with all my text coming up in squares.
I have tried to delete the .tlk and restart but that doesn't fix the issue.

This happens to me primarily when I change the system locale from English. Usually due to my practicing using kanji. Check if your regional settings are on Japanese or something equally foreign, this can happen periodically if it is. Restarting the game usually fixes it for me. If the problem remains, I suppose you might consider changing the locale back temporarily to US or UK.
