My understanding is that this meeting is mainly for strategy. There are three main groups; The Thayans, The Blackwood, and The Whurest. Exigo is assisting the interests of the Blackwood. I wasn't expecting a lot if people because some of the things discussed really need to be kept quiet or are just very unpleasant and not meant for public ears. If you haven't been involved you might not know what's going on.

I'm in no way contradicting the DM so please no smiting. :-) The conversations thus far have been pretty frank in nature, and the presence of a stranger might put some of the participants off. We'll see what happens, though.

Conclusion: The Thayans are the SCP Foundation. Or at least have members. This. . . explains much. But then again by extention of logic, so too are probably the Hands of Mundus. . . The Black Hand. . . Helmites. . .
