    Update Notes - Sept 23rd, 2012

    - Updated encounters / quest for Sundren Aqueducts, there should be more spawns now
    - Updated advent crypt encounters
    - Updated Spine encounters
    - Corrected an issue related to Signuses and death, essentially a Signus will restore a portion of your vitality in the Fugue if your vitality is too low to res (If you had reached 0)
    - Added fixes / finishing touches for the city portal system
    The very existence of flame-throwers proves that some time, somewhere, someone said to themselves, You know, I want to set those people over there on fire, but I'm just not close enough to get the job done.

          I've had my papers swapped by r3 so all working fine now.

          Anyone who isn't so lucky...you can get a single-use refugee pass from the Sunderer barracks. Only costs about 10gp.
