New area unlock quest going in. Once you complete a store will be opened up to you.
In that store will be what you see above in a bunch of different colors, and I tossed in black and white versions of the Arsan Masked Hoods as well.
*Bolts out the back of the Showman's Tent as every pickpocket, rogue, and cutpurse surges forward at this news!*
