Where did Sundren go?

I like many of you here probably connect to Sundren via the direct connect option, and recently when I was trying to direct someone to Sundren through the multiplayer/gamespy selection In-Game did I discover he couldn't find it.

Somewhat confused I went to log in to Sundren the old fashioned way and found that it is no longer in the list for Role play... in fact it isn't on any list. Even when playing around with the filter, it seems Sundren doesn't exist for those that don't have it in their history or fav-games list and don't direct connect.

I don't know if it is a big issue, but I found it odd that a fairly populated and well run world wouldn't even show up on the in-game list for NWN2 Persistant worlds.

It's true that the server doesn't show up on the gamespy list, it hasn't for a while now
Though direct connect should work.

any chance to remedy that? is it a bug or a issue on the Sundren side?

I opened up the other documented gamespy ports for showing games in the list. If it doesn't show up now (because it's already set in the options file) I don't know/care.

That list is how most of our players log on to Sundren I would be willing to wager. I think it is best if we get it up and running and if it is not showing up because of some outside measures taken by someone filled with spite or because of incompetence, then we find the guy and ...er.. I don't know.. hit him/her with 2x4s.

I could not think of anything creative. I am not experienced in this 'mob' thing.

It's always in Story lite when I look.

It's been there for a long time now.
This is why i always think it's wierd everyone goes into the chat section via the roleplay tab.

Gametype = 3 is roleplay. It should not be showing up in story lite at all.

It was showing up in story lite for a while last year as well. Gamespy bug?

Alright, you got me, it used to always be in story lite for me but it's not there now.

I have it in favourites anyhow and I use Direct connect most times.

Maybe we can get a sticky up with curent I.P. address posted so people can always get in game.
